An omnichannel Unified Commerce.
A value adding global distributor of consumer goods, acting as a single source supplier to attractive channels and specialized markets, trusted SQLI to deploy a unified commerce platform. Our mission was to roll out the solution to all independent business units, secure a fast time to market and high flexibility, deploy according to a phased approach and secure a modern technology possible to adapt to all business units.
The first step in the project was to set up a phased deployment with the focus to launch an e-commerce multi-channel platform which could progressively turn into an omnichannel unified commerce platform.
We chose to implement the solution on the highly scalable and flexible cloud platform Commerce Tools. Throughout the agile project our team brought solid technical knowledge paired with business insights to the table, as well as delivered a digital strategy, UX and visual design, solution architecture and a plan for continuous optimization.
